What the lady at the lottery means is that your pokemon's id number is incorrect to the one they might have but don't worry you can get the right id number by lots of Pokemon with your friends. What do I mean from all this is simple I don't know if you have noticed but if you trade a Pokemon with your friend you can look where it says OT on the pokemon's stat and it will say your friend's name in the game, and if you look closely on the bottom of the name there is a number and that number is your friend's Pokemon number. You have to try to match the lottery ticket's number to your friend's Pokemon number. And you have to have the complete sets of number correct. My best option is for you to trade Pokemon with all your friends but if you have repeated Pokemon that your friend might want or Pokemon that you think are not helpfull to your team then trade them for new Pokemon remember that this is just an example of what you can do if you don't feel it is right don't do it if you do feel it is right then do it I know what I have told you because trust me I also needed new backdrops for Pokemon contests.
