Question for Pokemon Diamond
Thanks to those who answered my last questions, you guys are really helpful. I have one more. Where do you find the poketch app. That lets you see friendship? Somehow I seemed to have missed the guy who gives it to you. Thanks again.

To get the Friendship Checker Poketch App, you need to talk to a lady in the Eterna City Pokemon Center.
