Question for Pokemon Diamond
How do you find the second evolution of chimchar and the unevolved form of vespiqueen? I really want to find a trainer who has them so that I can complete my Sinoh pokedex! Thanks to everyone who answers!

You can find Monferno on route 215 fight Ace Trainer Dennis as for Burmy go to Eterna Forest and fight Bug Catcher Donald

Chimchar-get one and it will evolve at level 14
Vespiqueen-1.have a combee in your party.
2.put honey on a golden tree.
3.if the combee is a male try again until you get a female combee.(P.S the combee needs to be a female to evolve into a vespiqueen.)

I'm assuming you mean Monferno and Combee here.
Monferno:A Cool Trainer near the end of Route 215 has one.
Combee:An Aroma Lady in Route 208 has a Combee.
