Where is the place to get the items like oak's letter to catch the rare pokemon. It would realy help me thanks.

They are from nintendo events and there are none(except manaphy if you have ranger) realeased yet in the USA

You can only get The Azure Flute, The Membership Pass, and The Oak's Letter by cheating, a Nintendo Event, or if you can mystery gift from someone who already has them. That is the only way to get these items.

As of right now I think Japan, you need a Nintendo Event or an Action Replay. If you have an Action Replay use the run anywhere cheat that will get you Darkai and Shaymin: Darkai go to Full Moon Island then run right there's Darkai for Shaymin go to Route 224 then run straight up from the "Polished Rock". For Arceus you need the Pokemon modifier cheat, or a cheat for a team that has Arceus in it.
