How do you get all the Pokemon but most imnportant a Mew two and I can't trade one because I dount have one?

Well the only ways are migrate one over from emerald, which was brought from FR/LG after national dex. Or somehow find way to see one (very unlikely) and then put something of roughly equal value (which is impossible IMO) in the GTS and hope that you get a mewtwo. Other way would be to cheat, it would be faster but it is considered illegitamit, not like it would matter one way or another to you most likely though.
