Question for Pokemon Diamond

I would like it if you could make me 2 lvl.1 lugia's one shiny(Name it silver) and another lvl.1 a dark one close to a black color if possible.

And two celebi's if you can make one dark and one regular both lvl.1 with regular stats

Thank you to who-ever does these for me just give them regular moves and stats I appreciate this very much

You can't modify the color of a Pokemon, aside from it being shiny, all the weird colored Pokemon you see on your computer are most likely photo edited
