Question for Pokemon Diamond

When you are in MT. Coronet searching for galactic boss there is a door that is blocked by a grunt that says "I am just a lowly grunt with no poke'mon please leave me alone" how do you get him to move? And how do you get the HM waterfall? And were is Dialga?

I have no clue about that dude.
After you go to Sunnyshore Jasmine will give it to you.
At the top of Mt. Coronet

I am not sure about what you are talking about. To get Waterfall, beat the last Gym leader and talk to Jasmine on the beach. To get Dialga, beat the Galactic Boss on top of Mt. Coronet

That is not the direction you need to go. To move the grunt, you must turn around and follow the path of the grunts to Spear Pillar. Once there, you must defeat Mars and Jupiter with the help of your Rival. Then take out Cyrus. After you defeat Team Galactic for good, You will get a shot to catch Dialga. (He is also at Spear Pillar. Like Groudon and Kyogre in Ruby and Sapphire, Dialga must be fought to advance the story.) After you catch him, (or defeat him by accident, which is bad) Grab the Adamant orb past the spot you fought Dialga and head down the Mountain. The grunt blocking the path will now be gone. As for Waterfall, head for Sunyshore City. (It was the City with the power outage.) Head for the Lighthouse after Flint (Guy with Orange Afro) talks to you. Talk to the blond man in blue. He is the Gym leader. Head to the Gym and beat the tar out of him. After the 8th badge, talk to Jasmine. You will find the 6th Johto gym leader hanging alongside the beach. She will give you Waterfall after you defeat the last Gym.

I never ran into that grunt. I do however know that you can capture Dialga after you defeat the 3 bosses of Team Galactic. You also get the Hm Waterfall after you beat the 8th gym leader and go to the beach at the northern part of the city and talk to Whitney.
