Question for Pokemon Diamond

Ok, I was wondering of anyone can answer any of my questions.
1. Should I train my lvl 53 Lucario to lvl 100?
2. Is there a fast way to lvl him up without AR or GS or rare candy?
3. What moves are the best moves to teach him? Here are my current moves:Aura sphere, force palm, dark pulse, and dragon pulse.
Any help would be appreciated!!!

ChaosBug7 answered:

1. Since he is beyond Lv 50, Yes.
2. There is not any other fast way to raise him then the ones you mentioned.
3. Ditch Force Palm for Flash Cannon or Calm Mind. The rest work pretty well on Lucario.

pokemon333 answered:

I would.

Go to the Pokemon league or there are these twins at the top of Solaceon town if you keep fighting them there Pokemon will be at level 60, they're Cleffable and Raichu.

I would get rid of Force Plam and teach him a Water move because Flying types don't do much because of the Steel type and a Water would take out Fire and Ground.

Judicator328 answered:

1. If he is going to be in your team for the Elite Four I would get him to at least 65. 2. Fighting trainers and wild Pokemon is the only way. Give him the Exp. Share and he will level up a little faster. 3. If possible, Earthquake using a TM. Go to the move mainiac and teach him Close Combat. Keep Dragon Pulse. If you can teach him Giga Impact (TM). Some of those may be hard to find, but it gives you a good variety of move types.
