Go through mt.coronet and just go up all the stairs until you are outside and it is snowing. Then make your way around the top of the mountain so you can keep climbing up through the center and you should reach the spear pillar.

Go through Mt. Coronet by Hearthome City and surf across the water near the NW corner of the room and use Rock Climb. Navigate your way to the top and you'll team with your rival against Jupiter and Saturn and the He heals your people before you face Cyrus. After you face Cyrus, you take on a Lv 47 Dialga

You have to climb to the very top of MT. Coronet. You need the following items: HM rock climb, HM surf, HM strength, HM rock smash, And I think you need HM cut but I'm not sure but just in case. If you need to know the way simply use the walkthrough here on super cheats!
