I just beat the E4 and what do I do now?NOTE:i think it's the battle tower and if it is how many times do I win?

Are you trying to get the national dex? If so then go to Rowan's lab and oak will be there if youve seen all the Pokemon on the sinoh dex. If you arent looking for the national dex and your trying to get to the battle tower make sure you have the national dex then go to the snow city and go on the boat and continue from there.
