Where do you find the hearthome gym leader fantina. I have searched almost everywhere looking for her

When you first get to Hearthome, she is standing in front of the Contest Hall. After talking to her, she goes back to the gym. To get to her oyu have to go through the right door, the center, the left and the right again and she will be waiting.

Did you obtain 4 badges and obtained HM03 Surf? If you have no idea what I'm talking about, battle the third gym leader in Veilstone and the fourth gym leader in Pastoria. Once you've done that, you should see a Galactic Grunt run away from you in northeastern Pastoria. Chase him, and battle your rival. Then, once you win, he'll realize that you were chasing him >.< Dur. So, go heal up, and continue the chase towards the Valor Lakefront. Battle the grunt there, and talk to Cynthia. She'll give you the SecretPotion, and with this, go to Route 210, where some Psyduck are blocking the northern path. Give the SecretPotion to them, and talk to Cynthia AGAIN. This time, she'll give you the Old Charm, which she asks you to deliver them to her grandmother in Celestic Town. Well, with the Psyduck out of the way, continue along the northern part of Route 210, using defog to clear the, well, fog. Once you're there, heal up, and go up the cave in the center of town and battle the grunt there. The elder will come up to you and she'll take the Old Charm from you, and asks you to go in the cave and examine it. So, talk to the drawing and the elder will come up and give you HM03. With this, fly to Hearthome City and go up to the Contest Hall. Talk to some people inside, and then Fantina will be in her gym.

You must first beat the Veilstone and Pastoria Gym leaders for her to appear.
