65 is drifloon and can be caught on fridays at the windmill place.

Either fight one of the trainers in the Hearthome Gym or go to the Valley Windworks on Friday after beating Team Galactic there

Drifloon- found in front of the Valley Windworks every Friday.

In the heartrome gym. If you get the signs wrong and go to the battle with the trainers in the room, the 3rd, 4th or 5th should have a drifloon. Or you could just go to valley wind works on a friday and capture it.
