You Darkria 1994
Can you try to make me an AR code for a Pikachu with Ash's AOT, of the chart stats, ability to regain health with thunder attacks and the moves Volt-Tackle, Surf, Draco Meteor, and what ever other effective move you want to throw in all with max PP.
