Where do you get a super rod and which Pokemon learns false swipe?

You will need the National Dex to get the Super rod. The super rod is at the battle area. It is held by a fisherman near a gateway to route 225.
Many Pokemon can learn False Swipe now since it's TM 54. Some Pokemon that can learn it and use it well are Zangoose, Scyther, and Sceptile. Many Pokemon with claws can learn the TM.

You get the Super Rod in the Battle Area from a fisherman once you beat the E4 and obtained the National Dex.

You get the Super Rod from a fisherman in the Fight Area. I can't tell you about the Pokemon that learns false swipe, because I don't know.

You can get the super rod on the north east island when you go north out of the fight area. B4 you leave and go through the building talk to the guy that is standing near it. Answer yes to all the questions and he should give you the super rod...
