There are walkthroughs that explain how to unlock it, but You Gabite only needs one more level under it's belt to evolve into a Garchomp.

1. In the Jubilife TV Station, on the third floor, talk to the guy and answer with "Everyone Happy", and then "Wi-Fi Connection". He'll give you Mystery Gift.
2. You'll find out soon enough. [Level 48].

Gabite evolves at lv.48

Dude don't press B on you DS when gible get to level 48 he will eveole in to Gaechomp
