Question for Pokemon Diamond

Ok, well to start off I am a pokesav user, So I have ben making alot of my own codes allready. But I want to know how you guys are making Pokemon codes with 999 stats. I have tryed with pokesav but it just resets all the stats I type in that are higher then 255... So I was wandering what you guys are using to make those codes...

NOTE: don't freak out on me couse I don't use hacked Pokemon over Wi-Fi it's just a hobby of mine to AR OFFLINE

It's still the pokesav. When you choose the lvl of your Pokemon go to stats edit and you can max them out
