All of the final form Dragons are good. It is just in the style you like to fight. If you like ledgendaries, use Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, Latios, Latias, Gartina, or Arceus with a draco plate. If you like to use physical sweepers, use Garchomp, Salamence, or Dragonite. Flygon is also not a bad choice either. Kingdra can also be a good sweeper. Altaria can not sweep as well as a Drogonite or a Salamence, but he makes a good annoyer. It is just to your style of combat. I personally like to use Dragonite, Salamence, or Flygon. I am not a fan of using ledgendary Pokemon. I think they are too overused.

I would use garchomp which is the final evolution of gabite wicth yo can find in wayward caves below floor 1 since it's a dragon when it bonds to you it can learn draco meteor it fully evolves at lv 45 may I suggest catching it in a luxury ball and making it hold a soothe bell wile traing don't use the bitter items to restore health

Flygon, Salamence, or Garchomp. Even Dragonite is good, with the good moveset.
