Drapion is the Evolved form of Skorpi. You will see one in the E4. I am assuming you are not there yet. Drapion will be the strongest Pokemon of the first E4 fight. He is a Poison/Dark purple scorpion looking thing.

It is a Poison/Dark Pokemon that you can find in the Great Marsh.

That must mean you have not been in the elite four yet you will see it if you battle the first person in the elite four (its a bug pokemon)
