Where can I catch a Gible?

Question for Pokemon Diamond
Where can I catch a Gible? Because I really want a Garchomp. But on my Pokedex it tells me to go to a cave under Cycling Road but all that I found there were Zubats.

Exit the cave [Wayward Cave] and go all the way under Cycling Road to the other side. Then, take 2 steps to the right under the bridge, and go all the way up. You're on the main floor of Wayward Cave, but if you go up and move the boulder [using strength] up once, and go left and down the stairs, you'll be in the basement of Wayward Cave. It is in this room where you can find Gible. While you're here, make your way to the end so you can obtain TM26 Earthquake =]

Okay, this is really simple. There are two seperate sections of Wayward Cave. One section is hidden under the road. I am not sure, but I think you have to rescue the girl in the other section to unlock it. When you go into the section on the left. There are boulders you need to push. You then go down the stairs. Just go along the path back and forth and you'll find a few Gible. It takes a while, but you'll find it.

You know the bridge next to the cave, there's a secret entrance underneath it. You can find Gible's there. -Diamond1990 (a girl)

There is a hidden enterance under Cycling Road. Bring Flash and Strength with you and move the bolders asside. Head for the stair case. In the basement, Gible is common and this is the only place to find him.

It's actually hidden. Under the ACTUAL Cycling Road, and I mean literally under it, not that cave next to it, keep pressing up, and eventually, there's a cave. Inside THERE is Gible.
