No once you kill it you can't get it back. But don't sweat it if you have a master ball save it and use it on a Heatran (another legendary pokemon). It'll be level 80 and I think that it is a fire type.

Nope, at leats not the legal way, maybe using cheats or someone tradin it to you.

No. If you wanted to catch it, you should not have killed it at Mt. Coronet.
Afterwards, if you want to catch it, you have to cheat.

Umm........ Sry 2 say but if you didnt catch him then ,then you can't catch him ever again cause that was wen you were suppose 2 catch him

If you saved your game then you are sol inless you have an action replay and use the Pokemon modifier code to meet him again. If you just killed him and didnt save then just turn it off and do it again.
