1. Once you have completed the National Dex , Bebe in Hearthrome City will give you one.
2. Once you have completed the Natioanl Dex, go to the Pokemon Manshion. Every day the owner will tell you a fake story about how he enconutered a Pokemon that does not exist in the Trophy garden. He will eventually tell you he encountered an Eevee. The bultler will go and bring evvees to the garden.

You can get an Eevee in the Trophy Garden by talking to the owner. Some days Eevee will show up, Transfer it over from FireRed or LeafGreen to Pal Park, or You can get one by talking to Bebe in Hearthome City.

You can get a free one from Bebe in the house next to the Pokemon center in Hearthome City for free. Also, you can find some in the Trophy Garden.

After you get the National Dex, go to Hearthome City and talk to Bebe and she will give you one. Otherwise, migrate one or one of it's evolved forms over and breed it in the Day Care center

This is a hint to get tons of eevee go bebe after getting a national dex. She beside the Pokemon center at hearthome city. Then catch a ditto with pokeradar between canalave and jubilife route 218.pokeradar is given to you after you get national dex and you talk to oak at the lab and pal park and get off you're bike and go into grass to use it. After you get ditto breeed ditto and eevee. It's also ok if you evolved your eevee. Then an egg comes shprtly and there you go infinete eevees
