Sorry to say, but that's what Missingo's "mission" is to do. That's what you get for cheating.

Put simply, no. I have caught one and do not recomend it. If you are wondering how to get it, have no items in the items slot and use the Pokemod cheat. Throw out all of the heart scales, masterballs, or whatever and try and find a pokemon. When you do, it should be a -------? Or something like that. If you catch it with a blank slot in your party you cannot remove it because it does not count as a Pokemon but it counts as Pokemon at the same time. So I repeat, DO NOT CATCH ONE!!!

I said it once, I'll say it 1000 times, DO NOT BOTHER WITH MISSINGNO UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR GAME TO BE RUINED. Thank you
