I have a sceeptile I traded and
I was trying to find out what it's moves are and I looked it up on the internet and it was listing a whole bunch of categories of moves like leafgreen/ruby/saphire,emerald moves and then it listed somethin called tm&th moves and I was wondreing what tm&th moves stood for is it a sertain game I have to buy (in real life)?

No... It means moves that the Pok�mon learns by a TM (Technical Machine)or HM (Hidden Machine).
Wow. Tell me you're kidding about the TM part...
TM are known as Technical Machines, and trust me, you're bound to have at least one. It's in the TM/HM Pocket in your bag!
However, I have no idea what TH moves are. I'm going to guess "Tutor" something.
