They are not. You can only obtain them with a Ruby, Saphire, or Emerald game at the Pal Park.

The only way to get those is you have to migrate them from another game.

No. You have to transfer them from Ru/Sa/Emerald, if you had him as a starter in either of the games.

No, you need to migrate the Pokemon you desire from either Ruby,Sapphire, or Emerald. Remember to go to the Pal Park to catch it after you migrate it. UmbreonDude_

In order to aquire Treecko and his evolutions, you must transfer him to pal park from Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, LeafGreen, or Emerald version.

No. After you beat the Elite Four and get the National Pok�Dex, you need to migrate any of those three into your Game Pack, then go to Pal Park and catch it there, which is where your Migrated Pok�mon go.

You can't find them normally.......
You would have to migrate it from your Sapphire/Ruby/Emerald game pack in order to obtain those
But you can't do that unless youve beaten the E-4 and obtained the national dex then go surf in the water under snadgem town and follow the path and trhen eventually you should reach pal park this is where you van catch the pkmn you migrated to your Diamond/Pearl
