Question for Pokemon Diamond

Hey thanks for telling me about pokesav, I used the pokesav to create a new Pokemon but all I got was a .pkmn file and I also saved and got an .xml file when I opened it up I found a code I thought it would be the code for the Pokemon I created, but when I went into the game and used L + R and nothing happened can someone help me with pokesav?

Save it a .xml, then click "Cancel", then "Open", then "All File Types", then open AR Code Manager and drag the .xml file into your codelist. Expand Pokemon Diamond, then expand the file you just put on, you should come up with two games, Diamond and Pearl, expand the one you have and you'll see "POKESAV Generated", drag this into your game and rename it to whatever you want. Drag the game into the left box and a diologue box will appear saying "This game already exists, do you wish to replace it?" click yes, then another box appears and says "Deleting game "Pokemon Diamond" from Action Replay" then "Writing game "Pokemon Diamond" to Action Replay". When it is done, turn off your DS, unplug the USB cable from the AR, insert your game, then start the game with the code on and press L+R.
