Question for Pokemon Diamond

How do you get to sunnyshore city? I got 7 badges and I have defeated the HQ in Vilestone city and I do not know how to battle Diagia? QAlso how do you battle the three pokemon lakes?

Go to Hearthome and go in Mt. Coronet. Head to the other enterance but surf across the water follow the path and use Rock Climb. Find your way through the fog. You'll know you are going the right way because eventually you will fight Galactic Grunts. Eventually you will come across Jupiter and Saturn. Your rival will also show up and team up with you against them. After the battle he will heal you and then you fight Cyrus and then Dialga. After catching/killing Dialga, you can go to Sunyshore by Valor Lakefront(First lake you visited after getting 6th badge) and the Pokemon of the lakes will return to their respective lakes. Mesprit-Verity then runs,(near home), Uxie-Acuity(Snowpoint), and Azelf-Valor

All your questions rely only on you going to the top of Mt. Coronet and battling Dialga there. After the battle, you have access to Sunnyshore City and battling the 3 pokemon.
