I don't understand the High Base Stat Code what dose it help? I don't see any change in my Pokemon Stats.

If you use a HP up, protein etc...
It will go up by about 60 points
The code has to be on though.

Cehating in general helps take the fun out of the game.
But if you really want help... Either the code is wrong, or the code doesn't exist. Double check to see if you did it right, whether it's right or not, google it to find a different result. And if it didn't work in the first place and you can't find a code on google, it might not exist.

It means that your Base Stat is higher than normal. It will go up slowly faster.
