Question for Pokemon Diamond
When you're trying to find Feebas, I know it's on 4 random squares, but is it on the floor you enter in from say, Eterna or Hearthome? Also, do you need the super or good rod to find it with?

The super rod.
No, he's found in that HUGE lake in northern Mt. Coronet like it suggests when you locate the area for Feebas. Yes, he's found on 4 random tiles. Act as if you were going back to Snowpoint through Coronet, and you'll run into the lake in the second room you come by.
