Go back to the Survival Area, then go to the house next to the Pokemon Center. Buck should be in there. Talk to him and his grandpa, and the grandpa will say that he has to return it. He agrees, and leaves. Head back to Stark Mountain, and go back where you found the Magma Stone. With Buck returning it, he leaves, and once you advance in the cave, it'll shake, and Heatran will be there. Be careful, it's level 70, and it's part Fire and part Steel.

Go back to Buck's house, then you can go back to Stark Mountain and catch Heatran.

Go to the survival area and go in the house by Pokemon center your find his grandpa and Buck ther talk to them go back to Stark Mountain and your find a rare legenday Pokemon at lv 70 heatran, at the top where you took Buck.
