The move deleter is in canalave town. As you enter canalave, there is a house, above it is the poke mart, then above that, is the move deleters house. There you go, I hope I helped!
P.s. You need surf to get to canalave.

Yes, in Canalave City, in the house south of the Pokemon center and north of the poke mart.

Yes there is one...his in Canalave City on top of PokeMart.
To get there you need to learn HM03 Surf and to use surf out of battle you need the 5th Badge The Relic Badge in Hearthome City.

First you need to have the moves fly or surf then when you use those moves to get to canalave city go to the pokemart and there will be a house in the back of it thats where the move deleter is at.
