If I remamber correctly it's the climb rock ability and it's found behind a house in the walk up to snowpoint sorry I don't got alot of details sorry

HM05 is Defog. It's like Flash on the previous games, only you clear fog away instead of lighting up caves.
You get it from a kid in the Great Marsh Safari Game. He's stood in front of the railway when you go into the Marsh to start playing.

In pastoria city, when you have beaten wake{the gym leader of the city} go into the great marsh there buy a ticket for the entry. After you have entered there is a girl on right of you with green hair.
Talk to her and there is your hm 5 defog
