You will get riolu to evolve when it is happy enough and levels up in the morning

I gave it a e.x.p share so when I battle some points went to it. Then when it's near...idk 20 lv it should evolve. That or tarain it yourself

When he becomes very happy and train him during the day. Slowly advancing he will evolve.
