Where is the green guy in the pokemart and does anybody know a cheat without nintendo event to ge aruces (spelling might not be correct for aruces)

If you have got the action replay catride. While you go into the pokemart there is a black screen. While that black screen is still black hold l and r. Then the green man will appear

If your using a cheat device, he should be there. If not and not using the Nintendo Event system, it will not show up.
