Pal park lets you transport Pokemon from a gameboy advance game to your DS.

Pal Park allows you to import Pokemon from your GBA Pokemon games [Ruby, Sapphire, Firered, Leafgreen, Emerald] once you've obtained the National Dex.

Insert your GBA Pokemon game in the game pac in the DS. Start your game as you would normally do [for Diamond, that is]. At the start screen, where you can either select to continue your game, or start a new game, go down more and select "Migrate from XXXXX". Select up to 6 Pokemon in your PC in your GBA game to import into Diamond, and then click OK. Then, go to Pal Park and talk to the dude and he'll let you in. Your catch rate is 100%, so don't worry. Catch all the Pokemon, and you're graded on how fast you catch the Pokemon, and how you catch them. Depending upon your grade, you're given a berry. And that's all there is to Pal park.

Palpark is there so you can get your old Pokemon from the past gba Pokemon games like ruby,saphire,emerald,leaf green,and fire red, that is how I got my old pal blaziken
