How do you make a "Ultimate Pokemon" cheat (e.g. Super Lucario, Ultimate Blaziken, etc.)?

An Ultimate Pok�mon? Don't make me laugh. This is incredibly stupid, and is just to get people like you, that use cheating devices, believe that there's ACTUALLY a code saying, this makes your Lucario like Super Sonic! Seriously, don't fall for this bull.

Well, I'm not 100% clear on what you're asking, but...
There is no "Ultimate Pokemon", but there can be a personal favorite pokemon. With your personal favorite Pokemon, you want him to be level 100 and have a moveset that can down his weaknesses as well as his strengths. You also have to max out his stats, cheating or not cheating, and I guess you'll want him to have 10 ribbons, so with him, you can enter that Ribbon Society Place... Have his friendship maxed out, and all that... You know, in my opinion, there is no "Ultimate Pokemon", but, like I said, there is a personal favorite pokemon.

for one the code is in the ar codes section and 2dn espeondude please don't answer any questions if you just trying to get points cause alot of your answers don't help out anyone
