Question for Pokemon Diamond

What are the Pokemon numbers 47, 144, and 80 in Pokemon diamond? How do I see them? I have already seen 147. I think 47 is mothim but I don't know how to see it.

47: Mothim. The foggy area of Route 210, or the Ace Trainer of Route 210.
144: Sneasel. Snowpoint Gym Leader.
80: Barboach. Route 212, a Fisherman.
