Question for Pokemon Diamond
How exactly do you get the Member card for Darkrai,Oak's Letter for Shaymin,and Azure Flute for Arceus? Do you get them in Mystery Gift? Do you need to use Wi-Fi and connect with someone that already has Pokemon diamond or pearl with Mystery Gift?

Well, here's the explanation I guess.
Nintendo Event is a Event sponsored by Nintendo, it's not in-game. You have to find where it is, but I really doubt you'll find one in the U.S or Canada. You can find updates on this by looking on Pokemon.com. Currently in Japan, is where all the Nintendo Events are being held. You would need to go to one of these to obtain those.

Yes, you get them through mystery gift, but only at a Nintendo Event... And that means the rest of your question is answered: no, you don't need wifi.

Darkrai - Through the Japanese E4 Glitch, GameShark, Action Replay the Japanese Darkrai Movie Event, or just wait for the Nintendo Event
Shaymin - Through the Japanese E4 Glitch, GameShark, Action Replay, or some event somewhere
Arceus - GameShark and Action Replay as of now, or some event somewhere
Mystery Gift? Yes, once you go to a Nintendo Event. Wi-fi? Not sure. Never done it before.
