The Safari Zone is in Pastoria City. If you've been to Valor Lakefront, go West of it and you should be in Pastoria.

It's nothing hard at all. It's in the far north area of Pastoria, you can't miss the building.

The Safari Zone is renamed Great Marsh, and it's in Pastoria City.
