Have a strong team consisting of a flying, water, fighting, electric, ghost, and dark Pokemon in your team. Trust me. Have the Pokemon know a move of the same type for a S.T.A.B. For example, your flying Pokemon SHOULD know at least one flying move.
For example...
Pokemon [move they should at least know], ...
Staraptor [aerial ace], Gyarados [surf], Machamp [brick break], Luxray [thunderbolt], Gengar [shadow ball], and Honchkrow [dark pulse].
It doesn't matter what Pokemon you use, or even if you want to use these types, but make sure your team is evenly leveled between levels 55-70 or even higher, if possible.

The only way would be have really good Pokemon like level 65 and up or get a action replay.

Not unless you use an Action Replay and cheat. My advice would be train your Pokemon to a high level. That would be a big boost in effectiveness against the Elite 4.

Efficiently train your levels at least around 60 because it's annoying to go like that.
The Elite Four goes like this...
Bug
Fire
Ground
Psychic
[Champion]
So, one of the more effective approaches would be a team like such.
Rapidash/Infernape for Bug.
Empoleon/Gyarados for Fire.
Empoleon/Gyarados [again] for Ground.
Honchkrow/Staraptor for Psychic.
I can't give you something exactly for Cynthia, but she's annoying with her balance. You should try keeping what you used for previous things. But at least a decent Electric type like Luxray would help about too.

Yes there is an easier way to get though the Pokemon league but it only works with the japanesse version of the game as there was a glitch in it, when you enter and see the first person go back to the door ans use surf and then do some stuff I'm not quite sure what but if you have the american version it wont really matter

To beat the Pokemon league all you need is strong Pokemon which can beat all the types the Pokemon league has. Then if your Pokemon faints use revives & hyper potions to help you along the way & make sure all your Pokemon are stronger than lvl 50-65. I am glad to help you out.
