How do you get the membership card to get Darkrai? I know there is a kind of event, but how do you activate events?

There are two posibilities,you either have to go to an event(to be announced)or get the action replay codes for them as nobody seems to know when the events will be as of now.

It's not an in-game event... You get the Membership Pass at a nintendo event, or by cheating.
