Question for Pokemon Diamond

Just a couple of questions...
1) Is "Rotom" legendary? Cause I fainted it and turned my game off and caught it by fighting again but it looks funny. The blue glow around it is red. Why?

2) I tried to get a ditto, but it transforrmed into my Girtina and suddenly got MEGA hard to catch. And power went up instantly! How does a level 30 ditto make a level 75 Girtina faint?

3) Where does Buck live, so I can get Heatran?

1. I'm not sure... I think it is, because it has that special battle theme song like the rest of the legendaries. However, that theme song might be for one-of-a-kind Pokemon battles. I'm not sure. And your Rotom, there's a chance that it can be shiny, because I don't recall him having a red glow around him.

2. Well, use a weaker Pokemon next time to start the battle, then switch to your Giratina once Ditto transforms into whatever pokemon you sent out at first. I'd reccomend a weak pokemon that knows hypnosis, or gasswhistle. Then use that move on him, then switch to your Giratina, and BAM.

3. In the Survival Area, in the house west of the Pokemon center.

Here are your answers
1)no it is not legendary and you must have cuaght it shiny
2)ditto copies all stats but I don't know why it got MEGA hard to catch
3)stark mountain
