Question for Pokemon Diamond
Is there anywhere I can catch a magby or magmar in the game without trading the Pokemon from another game? If so tell me where and HELP!

Insert Leaf Green in the GBA Cartridge and you can find it on Route 227.

Insert a Leaf Green in your GBA slot and travel to Route 227, an 8% chance of finding it.
Also with Leaf Green in your GBA slot, Stark Mountain, outside, First Room, and the Large Room.

Yes, it is possible to obtain magby without trading however, you will need to have Pokemon 'Leaf Green' inserted into your gameboy advance slot of the DS. He will then appear rarely in Stark Mountain & route 227.

Once you've obtained the national dex, yes. Insert your LG, if you have one, into your DS and play your game. On Stark Mountain or on route 227, they can *rarely* be found.
