Question for Pokemon Diamond

I would've asked these in my last question but I didn't think of these until after I submitted it.

1)What is supposed to be at the end of route 224 where that shiny polished rock is. Is there supposed to be a Pokemon there? If so how do I get it?

2)Where is the magmarizer?

3)Where is the electrizer?
(not sure if I spelled those right)

4)Is there anyway to see darkrai cause I really want to trade for one at GTS cause there might be some poeple trading for it that used action replay to get him (i don't have action replay)

5)I don't know how to get my Wi-Fi usb connecter to work with the underground or union room and stuf like that. I can only go to work in the GTS. Please Help.

1. When you've obtained the Oak's Letter from a Nintendo Event or by cheating, that white rock will extend to a route that leads to Shaymin.

2. Magmarizer are found on wild Magby.

3. Electrizer are found on wild Elekid.

4. Go to a Nintendo Event and obtain the Membership Pass. With this, go to the abandoned hotel in Canalave City and when you wake up, take the item you see, and bring it to the sailor in the same town. He'll take you to the Island in which Darkrai is at. Or you can cheat.

5. I don't have Wi-Fi or anything else like that, I only know about the wireless stuff >.< Sorry, but I can't be of much help with this one.
