Question for Pokemon Diamond
I read in this section that someone said that once you get the national dex that unown maniac guy that says for me to catch unown before he completes the tunnel will be done with the tunnel when I have national dex. Well I have the national dex and he's still saying the same thing and there's no tunnel, I even caught unown after I got the national dex. Is there something else that I need to do in order for him to complete his tunnel?

You have to catch all 26 unknown (a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r,s,t,u,v,w,x,y,z) for him to complete his tunnel
When his tunnel is completed there will be a room with the explanation point and question mark unknown

You have to catch all unown (other than ? And !) to open the tunnel
