Question for Pokemon Diamond
Who is the guy at that cave below veilstone city,he says the thing about getting a unkown before he does the thing in the cave.I got the Pokemon but he just says the same thing??? Please help,thanks

You need the national pokedex and then go back there and he will have made a tunnel all the way through. It has nosinnoh dex Pokemon there and if I remember right and electrobooster.
