I heard that you can catch him using honey tree but I'm not sure thats it. You should try looking in the walkthorughs but I think that you can find him in this deep part of a cave.
GO up to wayward cave but don't go in it. (the cave next to the cycling road). Go under the road and walk up against every part in the rock thing and you should find a hidden entrance. Use strengh and move the boulders. Go down the stairs and walk around, you should find a gibble
Okay, go on route 206. Go as far north up that route as you can, as if you were going into the main entrance to Wayward Cave. But do not go in the cave. To your left, there should be a bridge above you, a pretty long one at that, known as Cycling Road. At the moment, you're to the right of it. Go across it so that you're to the left of it. Now, starting at the far west, go two steps east under the bridge, and go as far north and you'll enter the secret entrance to Wayward Cave.
You can use flash, if you want, but it's not necessary. What is necessary, though, is obtaining at least the first 6 badges. In this secret entrance, you'll need strength, obtained at the top of Lost Tower on route 209, and to use strength, you'll need the 6th badge.
So once you've done that, or if you already have, use strength on the central boulder upwards, and then go left and go down the stairs.
This room you're in is the basement of Wayward Cave. Gible is uncommon* in this room, and can only be found in this room. Good luck. =]
*Uncommon: a little rarer than common, but not rare enough to be defined as a rare pokemon.
NOTE: Once you caught Gible, keep going into the cave. You'll eventually reach stairs that lead to another room, and you can find TM26 Earthquake in that room.
The basement floor of the Wayward Cave. Gible isn't very common.
