Hey can someone tell me where I can find the HM Waterfall so I can get up top of the peek of the mountain?

You get it in Sunnyshore City before going north to go in the water. Talk to the girl she will say you have to beat the 8th gym leader then after she will give you HM08.

After beating the leader of the Sunyshore Gym, talk to Jasmine, North of the city, she'll be impressed on how you've done, and give you the HM for Waterfall.
