Question for Pokemon Diamond
How the heck do you fight the third gym leader! She said she was going to train, but I've looked everywhere! (Except Celestial city if I can go there and I'm probobly going there as you read.) Tell me ASAP!

Because the girl in Heathome is the fifth leader and not the third. The third leader is in Veilstone.

You can't face her until you beat the fourth gym(Pastoria Gym) and get the HM surf.
