Question for Pokemon Diamond

You all know Spring Path right? Well I'm having alot of trouble getting out of that one cave/ruin place where you catch Giratina. I know you can't use excape ropes while in there. Can anyone plz help?? I've been trying to get out of there for who knows how long.

You just have to go back through the door you came into.
