Question for Pokemon Diamond
I went to heal before I battled the 7th gym leader and the person that heals your Pokemon said that my Pokemon had 'Pokerus'.
I heard that you get Pokerus by cheating too much, but I have NEVER cheated on this game. I don't even have an AR for a DS. I have a GBA AR, but I haven't even used it in the DS. And I haven't traded with anyone either.
Why do my Pokemon have Pokerus? I'm REALLY, REALLY confused! Please help!!!

You can only get it by battling wild Pokemon that have. It's not because of cheating. It is a natural part of the game. It is actually a good thing to have because it boosts the number of exp. Points you get from winning a battle.

It is not obtained through cheating. It's obtained by battling a Pokemon who has PokeRus, normally a wild one.

In a serious manner, it's completely random that it happened in the game.
It allows you to promote your Stat Growth, so let it spread.

Don't worry you don't get pokerus from cheating it's something thats happens naturally in the game it helps you are Pokemon level up and can be transfered on to your other Pokemon I don't know how you get it I wish I did know to be honest!

From what i've heard you can get poke'rus by going to route 215, battling 10-20 times, heal your Pokemon at a nearby Pokemon center and you sometimes get it. I have gotten poke'rus a few times on different games, and I never cheated either. I think it is kind of a random thing that really bites.
